• This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individual's or members participation in the RmkMatrimony.com signing up, you agree to be bound and to comply with the terms and conditions as set about hereunder.
• Rmkmatrimony.com reserves the right to remove / delete any content / message / photo (s) / profile or cancel the registration / membership of such individual / user either upon a complaint received from another member / user / visitor / individual / group of individuals or upon discovery of the same on its own or based on its sole judgement and perception and it shall without notice stop providing the service entitled to a user / member and forfeit all other incidental service(s) with immediate effect along with the fee/tenure of registration as well as take appropriate legal action against such visitor / user / member.
• This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under pertaining to electronic records as applicable and amended.
• This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

• As per the partner preference set by you (on the Website/Applications - (App) and you shortlist the prospective alliances yourself.

• Rmkmatrimony Membership is guided by the terms and conditions mentioned herein below.
• By using or accessing the RmkMatrimony Services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions ("Agreement").
• Rmkmatrimony does not authenticate any information of any profile and hence you as a user need to verify the credentials and information provided by other users.
• The exchange of matrimonial profile(s) through or by Rmkmatrimony.com should not in any way be construed as a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation.
• The user undertakes not to duplicate, download publish, modify and distribute material of Rmkmatrimony.com
• We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site.
• Rmkmatrimony.com is an on-line service provider for its members/visitors to create their own/unique profiles envisaging certain personal information(s) are to be displayed on the net/web-site, which information is used by visitors for searching and matching purposes.
• Rmkmatrimony.com does not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your personal information except which is displayed and intended to be shared by its users / members / visitors including photographs displayed on site.
• Rmkmatrimony.com shall not be responsible in case such public information / photograph of the member/user so displayed in the site is being unauthorised copied / printed / published / forged / superimposed / manipulated etc. or misused by any user / member / visitor.
• Rmkmatrimony.com shall not be held responsible for any interactions/ passing of information(s) etc. between any user / member / visitor via e-mail, chat or any other mediation with another member / user / visitor.
• Rmkmatrimony.com has no obligation, to monitor any such disputes between arising between the users/members and Rmkmatrimony.com shall not be party to such dispute/litigation etc.
• Rmkmatrimony.com hereby specifically disclaims any liabilities or warranties or guarantees, express, specific or implied, which may be attributable, in any manner whatsoever, to the existence, promotion, canvassing, contents, links, information or discontinuance of Rmkmatrimony.com
• Rmkmatrimony.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of User and/or Member communications.
• Rmkmatrimony.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials /information from the web-site.
• Rmkmatrimony.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site.
• if the member / user fails to produce such information within a reasonable or stipulated time frame, Rmkmatrimony.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate such Membership and forfeit the advance without a refund and take appropriate steps under the provisions of law.
• Rmkmatrimony.com is an online matrimonial portal endeavoring constantly to provide all community people with premium matrimonial services.
• Rmkmatrimony.com aims to provide you with a safe & secure environment in which you search and find your life partner.
• Our Customer Relations team ensures that every profile put up at Rmkmatrimony.com is screened for irrelevant and/or inappropriate content.

3. Eligibility for membership

• Rmkmatrimony Membership and rights of admission is reserved solely for
  • I.Indian Nationals & Citizens.
  • II.Non Resident Indians (NRI).
  • III. 18 years or above (if you are a woman) or 21 years or above (if you are a man);
  • IV.. Legally competent to marry as per the law applicable to you.
• If at any point of time Rmkmatrimony comes to know or is so informed by third party or has reasons to believe that any information provided by you for registration (including photos) or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete then Rmkmatrimony shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) your rmkmatrimony membership and forfeit any amount paid by you towards rmkmatrimony membership fee and refuse to provide rmkmatrimony service to you thereafter.
• Rmkmatrimony Membership is for individual members only.
• Organizations, companies, businesses and/or individuals carrying on similar or competitive business cannot become Members of rmkmatrimony.
• To get better search results, rmkmatrimony Members are expected to provide latest photograph which should not be more than 3 months old. Providing old photographs/ photographs of others, inaccurate / false information shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions.
• Rmkmatrimony member shall not assign or transfer your rmkmatrimony membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions.
• Rmkmatrimony has reasonable processes and system in place to maintain confidentiality of all personal information other than those meant for sharing with the prospect furnished by rmkmatrimony members and rmkmatrimony may at its sole discretion and cost take bonafide steps for maintaining the confidentiality of the information in compliance with applicable law.

4. Privacy policy.

• You also agree to keep your username and password confidential, to avoid any misuse of your profile at our Website/App.
• Please read and comprehend our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to rmkmatrimony, to understand our practices. Rmkmatrimony members agree that their profile(s) may be crawled and indexed by search engines, where rmkmatrimony and its network do not have any control over the search engines behavior and rmkmatrimony shall not be responsible for such activities of other search engines/third party websites.

5. Grievance Cell

• In the event you come across any violation by another user including but not limited to having content in the web site that is obscene, menacing, grossly offensive, harming minors, infringing copyright, patents, etc., or another user is impersonating etc. you may then please be free to provide your concerns in writing or email us with digital signature to:: Contact Address : M/s. • The Grievance officer shall be available between 10 am till 6 pm Indian Standard Time from Monday to Saturday excluding Sunday and public holidays in India.
• Rmkmatrimony is not a broker or the agent of any rmkmatrimony member.
• After the expiry of the rmkmatrimony paid package, the rmkmatrimony member's profiles shall remain on rmkmatrimony/consortium of portals
• itself until the rmkmatrimony member intimate the finalization of his/her marriage/existence of the Website and intimates the website for removal/deletion of once profile.

6. Mode of Payment

• No refund at any reasons. Payments for the services offered by Rmkmatrimony.com shall be on a 100% advance basis.
• Refunds in the event of wrong/objectionable content being posted on the site would be at the discretion of Rmkmatrimony.com.
• In the case of failed online transactions, which result in no services, Rmkmatrimony.com offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts.
• he User is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the User password and User identification and all activities and transmission performed by the User through his/her user identification and shall be solely responsible for carrying out any online or off-line transaction involving credit cards / debit cards or such other forms of instruments or documents for making such transactions.
• All payments shall be by way of Cash/Cheque/Credit/Debit Cards/Netbanking/RTGS/mobile wallets/UPI with the prevailing RBI guidelines.
• Activation of rmkmatrimony services shall be subject to realization of the said payment
• In case of dishonor of Cheque/demand draft; you shall be liable to pay applicable bank's cheque/DD bouncing charges. Further rmkmatrimony service to your account will be deactivated / suspended until you settle the value of the payment and applicable bank charges in cash.

7.Renewal

• All rmkmatrimony paid package users can renew the paid package to carry forward the un-used contacts (Mobile no. viewing and SMS).
• The payments made by Rmkmatrimony member to rmkmatrimony by way of registration / membership / renewal fee / auto renewal is/are treated as non-refundable.
• Payment once made for rmkmatrimony services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by the Company.
• Rmkmatrimony members cannot put the paid rmkmatrimony service on hold even temporarily, for any reason whatsoever.
• Based on the tenure of paid rmkmatrimony service and date of payment taken, the expiry of paid rmkmatrimony service will automatically happen on expiry of the applicable paid package taken by you.
• We automatically renew all paid Memberships before the expiry of the term of the paid Membership.
• You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature.
• We would send an electronic mail to your id registered with us for your automatic renewal.
• When you first subscribe for your paid Membership, you acknowledge that when your paid Membership expires it will automatically renew for the duration and at the cost prevailing at that point of renewal shall be applicable.
• If you do not want your paid membership to automatically renew, you must cancel your paid membership by any of the following methods.
• By logging into your account on the Website/App by following the instructions: Click: Profile -> Membership details -> Cancel Subscription -> Confirm.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law.

• The rmkmatrimony Members unconditionally agree that all such disputes and / or differences if any shall be governed by the Laws of India and submitting to the exclusive Jurisdiction of appropriate court of law in Kovilpatti, Tamil Nadu, India.

9 FAQ

• How to register? You can choose to register either as a free member or as a paid member. For Free Registration, Click on Register link and you will have to enter on a couple of pages the details of the person intending to get married. After you submit your information, your profile will be automatically created and you shall be given a 'Matrimony User ID and Password' generated for future references and login purposes. For Paid Registration, go to the Membership link and choose a plan accordingly.
• What all information from my profile will be displayed to other members? Free members can view only some of your details. They cannot view your mobile number, horoscope, etc. Paid members can view all your details.
• How many photos can I add? You can send 6 Photos (1 passport size and 5 Full size photos) passport size photo will be user for profile picture
• How to upload photos and horoscope? Due to safety of Your photos we have disabled the photo upload by yourself. E-mail your photo and horoscope to rmkmatrimony @gmail.com indicating your Matrimony User ID and Password.
• How do I change my password? You can change your Password. Go to Personal Settings < Change Password >.Enter Current Password, then New password and Confirm the New Password.Then Click on Change password button.
• I forgot my Matrimony User Id/Password. What should i do? You can retrieve your Matrimony User ID/Password by clicking on Forgot Password link in home page and enter your E-mail ID. We will send you an e-mail with your 'Matrimony User ID' and 'Password' immediately. Your E-mail ID should be the one given in your profile.
• How do I login? Log in from the Home page and enter your Matrimony User ID or E-mail ID and password into the respective boxes and click Login button.
